These terms govern your use of Tree Pro Hub (the "Service"), a free field app for arborists and tree care crews offering safety guides, training resources and tailboard meetings. The Service is operated by Treeprohub.com ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Treeprohub.com.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, or have authority to bind the organization you register for.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or impersonation.
• No infringement of anyone's intellectual property.
• No interference with security: no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or bypassing technical limits.
• No reselling or redistributing the Service.

Safety content

Guides, checklists and reference material are for training and awareness only. They do not replace hands-on training, your employer's procedures, OSHA, ANSI Z133 or utility rules. You are responsible for safe work practices.

Intellectual property

Treeprohub.com owns the Service, including its software, content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. You keep ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Free service and ads

The Service is free. It is supported by ads shown through Google AdSense.

Service level

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When access ends you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
