Treeprohub.com operates Tree Pro Hub and is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, phone, job title, login credentials) — to create your account and provide the Service (contract).
• Company and crew data (company profile, memberships, tailboard meetings and attendance) — to provide crew features (contract).
• Location data (approximate area when you search for classes or events near you) — for nearby results, only when you use those features (consent/contract).
• Uploaded files (resumes, logos, videos) — to store and show them to you and your crew (contract).
• Usage, device and IP data — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to answer you (legitimate interests).

Some features (saved guides, credentials, time logs, JHA forms) are stored only on your device.

Who we share data with

• Service providers that host and run the Service (cloud hosting, database, AI processing for generated demos).
• Google AdSense, which shows ads and may use cookies; and Google Translate when you choose a language.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR), you may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and private file storage.

Cookies

We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember settings, a cookie for your language choice, and advertising cookies from Google. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
